Homecoming is a yearly celebration for people who attended a college or university. There is a big football game, a parade, and many other fun activities.

Campus Decorations
Friday, October 9 from 6 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.

Greek Town

Join the Mizzou family as we celebrate our 104th Homecoming with the theme “Truman Goes to Work” at Campus Decs. Thousands of students, alumni and friends will come to Greek Town to see giant skits that are sure to surprise and entertain you.


Spirit Rally
Friday, October 9 at 9:30 p.m.

Traditions Plaza on the Carnahan Quad
Rev up for the big game at the first spirit rally on Mizzou’s newest campus landmark, Traditions Plaza, featuring appearances from Truman the Tiger, the Mizzou Spirit Squads and Marching Mizzou. Fight Tiger!


Homecoming Parade
Saturday, October 10 beginning at 9 a.m.

The District  (Downtown)
Join thousands of spectators at the annual Homecoming Parade. Head downtown to view this cornerstone tradition or, even better, take advantage of the opportunity to walk in the parade with other MU international students!  You can carry a flag from your country or from another country representing MU’s diverse student body.  If you are interested, you can attend a General Assembly meeting of MISC (Missouri International Student Club) at 3:00 p.m. Friday in Room 2206A of the Student Center.

Football Game vs. Florida
Saturday, October 10  –  kickoff at 6:30 p.m.

Memorial Stadium
Cheer on the Tigers as they take on the Gators. The 2015 Homecoming King and Queen will be announced at halftime. Visit for information on tickets.
